Driving through Grand Teton National Park is an awesome experience. The peaks rise thousands of feet straight up from the valley floor, and I stopped at many turnouts to admire the view. Golden autumn foliage contrasted beautifully with the granite peaks and wisps of snow. From this particular turnout the Teton glacier is visible in between the peaks, one of the few active glaciers left in the park.
