Logan Pass study #2

$160.00

5×7” acrylic on canvas, mounted on hardbord.

Logan Pass is the highest point of Going-to-the-Sun Road in Glacier National Park. The road winds along the steep valley walls before cresting the pass and crossing into St. Mary on the East side of the park. The trailheads for the Highline trail and Hidden Lake trail are accessible from the top of the pass, and driving up there at 5am to get an early start was always worth it. I did two color studies of this view with plans of doing a larger piece in the future.

I donate a percentage of all proceeds to the National Park Conservation Association and the National Park Foundation.
